Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There will be no refunds for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data may be deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

Social Wave Growth makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
